About your Doctors...
Dr. Kim Yoo grew up in a small town 20 minutes south of Kansas City and moved to KC after graduating high school. She received her associates degree from Johnson County Community College, attended UMKC, completing her degree and earning her doctorate at Cleveland University. She holds many certificates in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Five Element Acupuncture, TCM, Meridian Therapy, Facial Rejuvenation and Scalp Acupuncture, Fertility and Hormonal Issues, Weight Control and more. She has completed study, research and extensive practice in conditions (pain, numbness, tingle and burning sensation) associated with the nervous system including Bell’s Palsy, peripheral neuropathy, trigeminal neuralgia and stroke associated neuropathy. She has been studying TCM for nearly 22 years and practicing for 17. Dr. Kim has extensive training in women's hormonal issues including menopause, peri-menopause and menstrual irregularities/imbalance.
We continue to learn daily and strive to offer our patients the very best care possible. We have built our practice and reputation on quality care, sincere caring and careful planning, paying attention to the wants and needs of our patients and making the necessary changes to assure continued patient wellness and satisfaction.
